All Vextren engagements are fixed-fee and defined by a written scope agreed before work begins. Deliverables, timelines, and pricing are confirmed in writing; work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately.

Audit reports and findings are yours to keep regardless of whether you engage us for implementation. Client data is handled confidentially and used only for the delivery of agreed services.
