Updated 30 October 2026. This notice covers the Vextren public website and enquiries; customer application processing terms will be provided with onboarding.
Website enquiries
Our contact form collects the name, email, optional website and message you supply so we can respond. The form uses Resend to deliver enquiries to [email protected]. Do not send passwords or confidential customer documents through the form.
Hosting and operational records
The website is hosted on Vercel. Hosting and email providers may process request metadata and delivery logs needed to operate and secure their services. We do not sell enquiry data or use it to claim customer deployments.
Customer application and AI
The quotation app is separately under development. Its data hosting, retention, access rights, subprocessors and model-processing locations must be disclosed and agreed before production onboarding. This public website does not upload your distributor catalog to a quotation workspace.
Legacy document tool
If you use the earlier browser-based invoice tool, files are parsed locally and optional saved history remains in that browser. Its separate text API processes text sent to the server. These legacy tools are not the new quotation service.
Your requests
Contact [email protected] for access, correction, deletion or privacy questions. We use enquiry records to handle your request and related correspondence; request deletion when the conversation is no longer needed, subject to applicable retention obligations.
