Customer identities, negotiated prices and supplier terms need clear access and review controls. Our production security work is ongoing.
Company and staff access
Staging work includes verified hosted sign-in, company membership checks and owner, manager, sales and viewer roles. Approval and access decisions must be enforced on the server, not trusted from a browser.
Records, AI and recovery
The application is being tested with encrypted server records, quotation revisions, usage limits and database backup verification. Hosted recovery, off-host copies and operational monitoring must be verified for the final deployment.
Honest assurance
Vextren does not currently claim SOC 2 certification, an independent penetration test, regulatory approval or a contractual uptime guarantee. Security details and data-processing terms should be agreed before production customer onboarding.
